After returning to Japan, worked as Head of Information Systems divisions for major global firms, to oversee IT strategic planning and executions, IT personnel skill-set development, and system integrations in change management environments.

As Pfizer corporate VP responsibility, managed and oversaw Asia Pacific region as CTO(Chief Technology Officer), 14 countries and markets, including Japan, ANZ, Asia, India, and Pakistan.

During appointed period(5 and half years) developed and implemented “Quality Matrix” visual tool to measure IT performance as a service organization which was later incorporated by New York headquarter as a global IT service performance dashboard tool.

Current consulting activities include IT strategic planning, IT process improvements utilizing “Quality Matrix”, system integration consultation under M&A, system audit which incorporate Japan SOX (requirements) as an expert in this arena.
